Mr. Adam has more than twenty year experience in global corporate finance, investment and strategic management advisory. Managing Partner and CEO of MaLoons Group (Toronto, Canada), Managing partner of MiF Consulting, Managing Director of MaLoons Capital (UK) and MaLoons Industrial & Strategic Advisory.

Mr. Adam has advised many corporations in various economic sectors globally. He performed an economic business valuation and strategic due diligence for PC International and developed the investment concept globally. Mr. Adam was the Investment & Strategic leader of USD 1.7 billion telecom consortium Mobile & Data License in MENA during 2003. With World Bank Team, Mr. Adam worked on many infrastructures, medical and educational projects as well as economic reforming programs in the Middle East, Africa, and Latin America.

MaLoons Global had the leading role in initiating financing of real estate development in many countries under its management. MaLoons was able to raise more than USD seven billion for a real estate development, hospitality and medical projects Europe and the Middle East.

Gurvinder Lidder

Mr. Lidder has worked with organisations in a broad range of industries towards enhancing their organisational development and expanding their outlook in respect of their talent management. His work involves the facilitation of talent management. This includes advising on recruiting from the highly competitive global graduate and experienced pools, as well as ensuring that employees of all levels are where they need to be, when they need to be there. Global talent mobility is both an internal and external service best provided by integrating with corporate HR services of clients to serve their people. His background in legal consultancy and working with Employer Solutions departments at the Big 4 professional services firms has seen him implement new thinking at the C-suite of multinational corporations and start-ups towards maximising human capital.

Mr Lidder is generally recognised for delivering workable solutions and advice to all levels of individuals by drawing on his legal experience and also the influence of his Executive MBA from London Business School with bias towards decision-making and organisational behaviour. Marco Romano

Mr. Romano expert in setting up and managing investment projects in developing countries. He has gained his professional skills over a span of 15 years working mainly in the Eastern Europe countries with a particular focus on the former Soviet States where he lived for more than 10 years. He has a special expertise in the heavy industry and in the construction fields and a particular attitude in scouting and managing projects in complex environments.

Marco is a Mechanical Engineer and an Oxford graduate where he has attended his MBA at the Said Business School. He worked as a senior management in different high reputed international companies leading huge investment projects from the concept phases to realization, including all related financing and commercial issues, for a worth than more of 5 billion USD.

During his previously permanent living in Russia he set up his own consulting business becoming a point of reference for international investors developing own projects in the CIS countries.

Recently he had been the author of difficult turn around processes that involved Western minded Russian companies looking for process and organizational innovations. His interpersonal skills and his wide know how about finance, technics and management built his reputation of reliable partner to set up the best project’s architecture and to lead all related and complex integration processes.

Clarissa J.A. Luttmann

Ms. Luttmann has for the past five years worked with governments and international organizations worldwide towards the achievement of economic prosperity. Clarissa joined Maloons Group in 2003 and with the mandate to accelerate the company’s global impact by spearheading its Government Affairs division. Since then, she has demonstrated her leadership and communication skills throughout numerous high-level negotiations including various heads of state as well as several public speaking, radio and television appearances.

As an expert in political economy and government, she is especially interested in how successful private-public sector cooperation can sustainably and most efficiently create maximum value-added to investors, government and local communities alike. Within this, she holds especial expertise in natural resource governance and strategies to avoid the ‘Resource Curse,’ critical infrastructure systems, foreign direct investment and public policy towards socio-economic development and poverty alleviation. Her current research activities are focussed on developmental and industrial strategies for the South American, West African and South East Asian regions. As the founder and CEO of SIMPOLICY, a Dutch consulting company that serves a global network of governmental and corporate clients, she guides strategic decision-making and provides critical policy and investment insights through complex systems analysis. Having lived in Germany, France, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, the United States and The Netherlands, she is fluent in German, English and French. Clarissa is an alumni of the London School of Economics, Harvard University, Leiden University College and currently engaged at the University of California, Berkeley.

Saeed Ambusaidi

Mr. Saeed’s experience spans over 20 years in a variety of corporate sectors including banking and finance, consulting, real estate, and project management. Having worked for over 18 years in the Corporate Banking Division of Bank Muscat. Saeed joined MaLoons Group -Oman in 2014 as a Partner and spearheaded the company’s international expansion, especially in the Omani Market and East Africa. In addition to his role, he continues to be directly involved in a variety of consulting assignments across diverse sectors especially real estate and industrial manufacturing. With a mandate to drive the next stage of regional growth for the company’s Advisory Division, and explore expansion opportunities into other international geographies. Currently, Saeed is a Partner in MaLoons Group KSA.

Saeed specializes in addressing the people, process, and systems aspects of transformational change in large public and private organizations across a variety of industries and sectors, including the full real estate value chain, education, healthcare, financial services, and family businesses. He has a track record of successful organization design and structuring, Change Management, cost-saving realisation, and implementation of performance management systems. Saeed holds an MBA from the University of Strathclyde Glasgow UK and has strong leadership qualities, and the ability to energize and mentor teams across a range of projects.

Saeed has in-depth experience in business analysis, strategy, financial corporations and institutions. His experience includes banking sector’s risk management procedures of implanting best practices in organizations’ transformation initiatives.

Hussam Hourani

He has over 22 years of expertise in PMO, Delivery Management, Portfolio and Information Technology Transformation. He has hands-on experience in managing and directing large scale programs with multiple work streams including Development, Integration, Infrastructure and operations. He successfully managed and delivered complex programs with multiple sub-projects. Hussam has managed key business and technical processes across the programs to drive consistent implementation as well as overall governance.

As an experienced PMO leader, he has accumulated the strongest competencies in helping organizations mature PMO and projects delivery capabilities. From the boardroom to delivery team leadership, Hussam engages in complex growth, optimization and turn-around projects and programs. He held various executive positions (Senior Consulting Manager, Director, Senior Program Manager and Senior Projects Manager). Hussam is an expert with three major levers: (1) Enterprise PMO/Project setup, delivery and change (2) Portfolio Management (3) Enterprise Content Management.

As a clinical large scale programs and operation leader, Hussam is experienced with innovation, customer intimacy, operational efficiency and the digital enterprise content. He shapes and orchestrates complex organizational Programs/projects changes, and has extensive international experience (including: Australia, Jordan, Qatar and Saudi Arabia). Hussam delivered Program and projects across different industries (including: Government, Telecommunication, Banking, Healthcare, Utilities, Gas and Oil and others).

As a thought-leader on ECM, he has matured the Content and Records Management concepts such as classification, tagging, indexing, metadata, legal hold, content governance models, taxonomy, Backlog conversion and uploading, backlog warehouse reengineering

Nasser Massoud

Mr. Nasser With a background in engineering project management, Nasser started to specialize in structuring, negotiating and financing infrastructure transactions in the form of public private partnerships in 1994. His portfolio boasts several landmark projects, including Bridgend & Fazakerly PPP prisons (UK), Ministry of Defense Main Building Redevelopment PPP (UK), Runcorn & Kidderminster PPP Orthopedic Centers (UK), Imperial College Diabetes Center (Abu Dhabi), King’s Academy (Jordan), American University of Jordan, Saraya Aqaba (Jordan), Johor Financial District Development (Malaysia), Saraya Bandar Jissah (Oman), Republican Hospital privatization (Georgia) and PPP Zywiec Hospital (Poland).

Nasser has originated, negotiated and financed healthcare deals in various countries, including PPPs, privatisations and joint ventures. As Executive Board Director responsible for global transactions and corporate development, he established InterHealth Canada’s global strategy in terms of its products, services and markets; and he introduced corporate-level restructuring in order to establish its platform for growth and global reach.

Prior to that, Nasser was a senior executive at Saraya Holdings, Dubai, a regional real estate developer and asset manager specializing in tourism and leisure. His responsibilities spanned corporate structuring, strategy formulation, deal origination and transaction management. He previously established and ran his own business (Concept Realisation, Dubai) which focused on negotiating and financing infrastructure deals, strategic consulting, investment advisory and enterprise transformation. Clients which Concept Realisation serviced included Mubadala, GEMS, Drake & Scull, Omnia Holdings & Abdali Development. Leading up to that Nasser was a director in PricewaterhouseCoopers, both in the Middle East and in the UK. He started his career working with Kier Group on high profile projects in the field of construction project management and engineering design.

Cyrille naffah

Managing Partner at EDGE legal Firm

Cyrille Naffah is a seasoned commercial and corporate lawyer with over 25 years of experience (admitted to practice law in Lebanon) having advised several Fortune 500 companies doing business in both Lebanon and Saudi Arabia. He has practiced law both in private practice and as in-house counsel in some of the finest global and regional law firms and multinational corporations. Cyrille has focused his practice on franchising, distribution, commercial agencies, TMT, company formation and restructuring, M&A; and other areas of the law. His telecoms work, includes, but is in no way limited, to:

  1. advising a Saudi consortium engaged in the bidding for the second mobile license in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and one of the four data licenses, reviewing and negotiating the contracts between the different stakeholders.
  2. Preparing the private placement memorandum for the floating of a South African telecoms company in its attempt to sell its mobile towers business (a deal valued $ 300,000,000) and negotiating the associated agreements between the various stakeholders.
  3. Advised a Saudi conglomerate based out of Jeddah on all of its value-added and IT services agreements with the Saudi mobile operator STC .
  4. Prepared a private placement memorandum for a global WIFI hotspot operation and drafted and negotiated the associated service agreements;
    Cyrille has also contributed many articles on telecoms, corporate and commercial topics and has delivered lectures in Saudi Arabia, Turkey and the United Arab Emirates. Cyrille is fluent in Arabic, English and French and is admitted to bar in Lebanon (Beirut Bar Association).
